Hickory Road, LLC.
Hickory Road, LLC was formed in
2002 with the goal of providing high quality, affordably priced mountain
homes of detailed craftsmanship. Founders Edwin Lowe and Paul Foretich
created Hickory Road to address the needs of a growing sector of the
population looking for quality primary and secondary homes with scenic views
within a tranquil setting.
With a combined 20+ years of building
experience, Edwin and Paul have the knowledge it takes to build a high
quality semi-custom homes. Edwin's home building expertise coupled with the
design and management
experience offered by Paul, have made
Hickory Road a rising star in the mountain home market.

Hickory Road offers open living and dining spaces with luxury master suites
on the main level, guest suites, bonus rooms and 10 foot ceilings in the
terrace level which may include a pub style bar. Our signature feature is
our oversized screen porch with a stone fireplace which adds additional
living and entertaining space -- bringing nature indoors. High-end features
include granite countertops, hardwood floors, and interior stone fireplaces.
Our designer kitchens offer several styles of quality cabinetry and upgraded
